Copy an At-Risk Indicator or Indicator Group

After you create an at-risk indicator or indicator group, you can make a copy of it.

If the indicator belongs to an indicator group, each copy will be an indicator that does not belong to any indicator group.

When copying an indicator group, Aspen also creates copies of each indicator that belongs to the indicator group.

To create a copy of an at-risk indicator or indicator group:

1. Log on to the District (Root Organization), Intermediate Organization, or School view.
2. Click the Tools tab.
3. Click the At Risk side-tab.
4. Select the checkbox next to the at-risk definition you want to copy.
5. Click the Indicators side-tab.

Note: To copy an indicator that belongs to an indicator group, click for a list of indicators that belong to the group, or click Expand All to list all indicators, indicator groups, and indicators that belong to indicator groups.

6. Click the Name of the at-risk indicator to be copied.

7. On the Options menu, click Copy.
8. Enter the number of copies, and then click OK.
