View the Workspace matrix by course
View the Workspace matrix for your master schedule by course.
A row appears for each course, and each cell displays the list of sections of the course scheduled in the specific period.
Sections that are pre-scheduled appear in red.
At the top of the page, you can filter a set of criteria to selectively screen out incoming information, such as "all active students" or "former students" the courses and the information that appears for the courses using the following fields:
Note: You do not have to use any of these filters to view all courses on the master schedule. |

You can select to view only courses in a specific department, or leave this field blank to view all courses. |

Select a team to view only courses with sections assigned to the team. |

Select this checkbox to indicate that you want the system to recalculate the information if you leave this page, manually make a change to a section, and then return.

Select this checkbox to indicate you do not want teacher names to appear. |

Section count |
Type a number to view only courses with that number of sections or fewer. |

Minimum conflicts |
Type a number to view only courses with that number of unsatisfied requests courses that students have requested to attend for the next school term. |

Scheduled percentage |
Type a percentage and select an operator (more than and equal to or less than and equal to) to determine that only courses with the specific requests satisfied percentage appear on the matrix. |

Balance |
Select one of the following system-rated balances to filter and view courses with the specified balance quality:

The Status column displays the following statistics for each course:
- Number of sections scheduled.
- Number of teachers scheduled to teach the sections.
- Total number of seats available for the course.
- Number of requests for the course.
- Number of students scheduled in the courses, and the percentage of requests satisfied.
- Number of students who requested the course but are not scheduled in it.
- A system-rated value that indicates the quality balance among all sections of the course (Excellent, Good, Okay, Poor, Bad).
