Attaching Comment Banks to Fields and Transcript Definitions

First you create a comment bank and create comments within it. Then you can associate the comment bank with a field on a template or with a transcript definition column for users to be able to select from.

You attach comment banks to fields and transcript definition columns in the District view using either of the following methods:

• To attach a comment bank to a transcript definition column, use the Grades tab.
• To attach a comment bank to a field, use the Admin tab.
